Procurement and Contracts Manager  

This is an office-based assignment at the Project Management Office in Muntinlupa City.

• Assesses total costs of company purchases.
• Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.
• Purchases all the necessary materials for the construction company’s projects,
• searching for the most cost-effective and appropriate materials for each job.
• Ensures the materials arrive on time and within budget.
• Evaluating requests for proposals and bids. Procurement strategy includes assisting with creating requests for proposals (RFPS) and the evaluation of bids.
• Managing resources and defining deadlines. Identifies the different items needed to be purchased and the schedule needed to ensure each is available onsite at the right time.
• Responsible for managing contracts, change orders, submittals, evaluations, and performance.
• Oversees a team of Procurement.

• Previous working experience as a Procurement Manager for 5 years in the Construction Industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or similar relevant fields.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Superb communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
