Product Manager  

Job Descriptions

• Leading ideation, research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers & industry / technologies trends to generate ideas and insights
• Understand customer’s insight through data-driven and interaction to ensure best customer experiences
• Accountability of product roadmap, prioritization and oversee overall product development process and execution including but not limited to cascade down detailed features, requirements and prototypes
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional team (Business, Product, Design, Data, Engineering, Marketing, etc) to define prioritize roadmap and ensure on-time delivery with the highest quality and performance
• Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet product goals
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and branding

Requirements:

• Having 3-5 years of working experience in Product Management or Management Consulting from a Top Tech Company.
• Bachelor degree with Computer Science/ Statistic / Industrial / Product / Management or related education background is preferable, MBA is a plus
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, effectively communicate recommendations to executive management, and easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
• Passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
• A strong drive to make things happen! Can-do attitude!
• Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile product development process
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• A good understanding of the Capital Market/investment management sector is a huge plus.
