Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acts as the primary liaison between the company and its customers (dealers).
- Strategize and implements sales and marketing strategies that impact overall performance.
- Maintains a healthy business relationship with its customers by addressing concerns with prompt and concrete actions.
- Coordinates with the different departments of the company for all concerns relating to the customer (dealer).
- Ensures the proper inventory levels and the dealer's warehouse and at the store level by constantly monitoring weekly figures.
- Supervises the promodisers activities and performance contributions.
- Identifies the different causes and problems that relate to the store performance.
- Identifies new market threats and reports competitors' new product offerings.
- Ensures promodisers submit monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other equivalent business courses from a reputable University
- At least one (1) year experience as a Sales / Dealer Coordinator in a related field is a must
- Knowledgeable and familiar with basic business principles, sales and marketing strategies, and relationship management
- Knowledgeable about the retail industry is a bonus
- Experience in dealing with high level and entry-level positions
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Must be physically fit to do field work from time to time
