Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
- Financial management of CEO's personal bills, payments, liquidations, cash position and investment reports using Quickbooks
- Prepares and manages correspondence, reports and documents
- Takes, types and distributes minutes of meetings
- Maintains schedules and calendars
- Arranges and confirms appointments
- Organizes internal and external events
- Handles incoming emails, mail and other material
- Maintains document management systems
- Collates information
- Communicates verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Undertakes related and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): computer knowledge and literacy with spreadsheets and word processing; proficient verbal and written communication skills; planning and organizing skills; time management skills; keen attention to details; confidentiality; interpersonal skills; customer service orientation; with initiative and reliable; stress tolerance
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
