Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of accounting duties, coordinating them within the organization
- Produce and present accounting reports
- Analyzing financial information
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Ensure compliance with Gaap principles
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Review and recommend modifications to Oracle NetSuite accounting system and procedures
- Supervise all staff accountants and bookkeepers
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Provide input into the department’s goal setting process
- Liaise with the Accounting Manager to improve financial process and procedures
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- M – Th: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm
- F: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Must possess a degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
- At least 5 years of related work in supervising and managing accounting staff
- CPA licensure is a plus
- Must possess knowledge in general accounting procedures, principles, practices, and software
- Must have welldeveloped skills with communication, analysis, and problem-solving
- Must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including handling large amounts of numerical data and reports
- Preferably has background in ERP/Accounting System (Oracle NetSuite)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work at our EDSA, Greenhills, San Juan City office
