- Take the lead in business development activities of the business unit
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials, and financials
- Make appointment and prepare proposals for potential clients
- Develop business development strategies and programs for the attainment of goals and objectives
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Management or any equivalent course
- Must have 4 years of Business Development experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, gained from the Non- Life Insurance Industry
- Having a strong legal background is an advantage
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Flexible, assertive, has keen attention to details, and goal-oriented
- Willing to work in Makati
