The successful candidate will be directly hired by a company in the financial services industry.
- Ensure the team or division's effectiveness by providing information, management support, and assistance in corporate affairs.
- Organize the schedule of meetings and activities.
- Attend to the concerns and other administrative functions assigned.
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the team or division.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years of Secretarial or Administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- With strong personality and can handle pressure.
- Willing to be assigned and work in Makati.
