Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve monthly targets for community growth, social media engagement, website traffic and lead generation
- Responsible for driving strong ROI and campaign KPIs by acquiring qualified audiences through data-driven search and display advertising
- Daily performance tracking and optimization
- Advise on interpretation of web analytics data and provide insight and recommendations
- Develop acquisition and advertising strategies that are informed by meaningful audience research
- Manages digital marketing budgets and makes decisions on budget allocation across all paid platforms including, but not limited to, Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Facebook Advertising and Twitter Advertising
- Conducts on site and off site SEO audits and provides SEO materials for implementation
- Conducts extensive keyword research for our websites, and utilizes this to drive entire SEO strategy
- Monitor social trends, best practices and techniques to ensure account growth and identify new opportunities
- Maintain the integrity of marketing data through delivery of validated, accurate reports
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1-2 years hand on experience in digital marketing (SEO, Facebook Advertising, GDN, SEM); agency experience a plus!
- Passion for website analytics and a high regard for exceptional user experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to use analytics to help drive daily decisions and overall strategy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and fluid environment and contribute a positive attitude and inspired approach to projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand the nuances of different audiences and develop authentic content and voice for each audience
- Proficiency in Analytics and tracking methodologies to measure the quality of social traffic and conversion towards goals
- Experience with Search Console and Google Tag Manager a plus
