Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The HR Manager shall be primarily responsible for the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures and shall ensure the department’s strict compliance to all internal and external regulations;
- Monitor and oversee the employee performance evaluation process including recommendations for process improvement and implementation;
- Manage training programs for employee growth implemented in-house or sourced from third-party providers;
- Manage all recruitment platforms, screen and schedules applicants, creates and leads the hiring program;
- Conduct all these duties with the highest degree of responsibility, commitment, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Work with the HR Associates in crafting and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, staff development, and retention
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive in problem solving and has the ability to work under own initiatives;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving;
- 2-5 years exposure to human resource functions;
- Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and Regulations
