Deskripsi Pekerjaan
With the passion and experience in building a team, the Vice President of Partnerships – Institutional Group is responsible for the company’s growth through an increase in product sales volume, development of customer channels, strengthening the company’s brand to build customer loyalty and improve retention, recommend sales strategies and effective implementation, and enabling the staff to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Team Management
- Hire and develop team members for corporate accounts, agency accounts, impact/social development group, and programmatic revenue stream
- Create a culture of success within the team and coach team members through constructive feedback, creating learning opportunities, and maintaining a positive and transparent environment
- Manage the entire Institutional Partnerships team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential
- Lead in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the team
- Deliver team sales KPIs
Sales and Business Development
- Search, contact, visit, and engage (including generating leads, cold calling, pitching, negotiating/ensuring the signing of contracts, billing, collecting payments) prospective revenue-generating clients
- Generate quarterly and yearly impact/social development reports
Strategy
- Develop and execute Impact strategy for projects, programs, and services
- Develop new programs, services, and projects based on the Impact-data insights, market development, and market needs
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team
Liaison with other teams in the company
- Coordinate closely and regularly with the Product Management, Technology, and Senior Management teams to ensure that insight from sales activities are consistently raised to relevant stakeholders and translated to business.
External Representation of Edukasyon.ph
- Participate in community events to help promote Edukasyon.ph
Represent the company in external events and gatherings including but not limited to investor meetings, speaking events for any external parties such as students, parents, guidance counselors, teachers, professionals, foundations/corporate partners, etc
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8-10 years of experience in related fields with at least 4 direct reports
- Knowledge and experience in handling corporate accounts, agency accounts, and/or impact/social development projects
- Knowledgeable on programmatic and/or on-line advertising
- Has at least 2 years of experience with advocacy work and is committed to the Edukasyon.ph advocacy
- Passionate about and familiar with Education-Technology
- Skilled and/or experience in several research methods
- Excellent in time management and prioritization
