Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strategize and optimize end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing applicants from various online and offline recruitment channels to generate a pipeline of high quality candidates
- Screening applications and conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinating with the hiring manager and top management for briefing and endorsements
- Monitor and maintain recruitment tracker and submit progress reports on time
- Serve as ambassador of the company to applicants and future employees by ensuring smooth and professional candidate experience
- Implement and manage various screening initiatives
- Proactively troubleshoot recruitment-related issues as they arise
- Any other tasks required to deliver and fulfill the conduct of the role
Kualifikasi Minimum
Preferred experience & education:
- Bachelor's Degree of any program
- At least 2 years of work-related experience
Preferred competencies:
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong and research-backed decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
