Daily Activities
- Receive local / imported meat from suppliers (after receiving, wash in water with lactic acid, then hang in the freezer, then packed tomorrow).
- Store packed meat in raw material storage, arrange and put it in the right place.
- Update record of the raw meat. Delivered on that day, report to Ms. Juley about deliveries so that she will counter check the weight of the meat.
- Issue requested stock from production (1st floor). Issue only the right quantity on the requisition.
- Clean and arrange inside freezer before leaving or going home.
Weekly Activities
- Pass weekly inventory 3 copies.
- Clean freezer inside and anteroom.
Monthly Activities
- Actual count hog casing.
- Pass monthly inventory.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Height must be at least 5'2 and not more than 5'9
- Physically fit and carry minimum of 25 kilos of load
- Has a knowledge in handling machine is an advantage
