Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement Human Resources Services such as recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee engagement/relations.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Maintain employee files and records via google drive and 201 file folder.
- Ensure compliance with labor standards as stated by Department of Labor.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reason of attrition rate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Management Major in Human Resources or any behavioral related course.
- With atleast 3 to 5 related work experience, handled different facets of human resources.
- With experience in volume hiring.
- Flexible and adaptable, can communicate and deal with different kinds of people.
- Willing to work in Makati.
