Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act as liaison between Sales Department and other members of the Company (Warehouse, Accounting, HR & Admin, Operations, Technical)
- Ensure that Customers experience smooth transactions and quick response to their concerns
- Monitor critical sales transactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct background checks and ensure up-to-date customer information.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized and Responsible
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Above average critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and other software
- Experience in the same position gained from a company engaged in Sales is an advantage;
