Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of EcoSci Food’s online business
- Manage and lead the E-commerce team, including training, performance management and mentorship of staff
- Create business unit budget, sales forecasts, and purchase plans
- Coordinate with involved department heads to observe efficiency in online business unit operations and management.
- Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools such as Google & Facebook Ads & Google Analytics
- Anticipate market developments and ensure EcoSci Food evolves as the customer needs evolves
- Establish a solid brand identity for EcoSci Food
- Examine past performance of campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness
- Promote service innovation
- Manage the implementation of new technologies
- Examine service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure best-in-class in reliability and customer satisfaction
- Drive performance of Online retail platforms such as Lazada, Grabmart, and Pandamart
Kualifikasi Minimum
● Graduate of a 4-year college degree
● Must be patient, detail-oriented, and has excellent organization skills
● The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
● 2 years of experience in the related field is a plus
● Proficiency in Woocommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Chatgenie, and other e-commerce
platforms is also a plus
