Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Receptionist/ Sales & Office Admin Staff, you will be responsible for handling customers and visitors to assure quality customer service experience. You will also play a big role in generating sales through managing the company’s retail store. Office cleanliness and orderliness will also be part of your main responsibilities.
- Entertain customers and visitors to assure quality customer service experience.
- Utilize Room Booking System to manage the use of the office rooms.
- Record retail store transactions keenly.
- Manage retail store inventory to sustain stocks.
- Perform cash management to guarantee the reflection of all retail sales transactions.
- Provide insights by generating simple sales report to help Marketing Department improve the store’s quality of service.
- Ensure office cleanliness, and keep track of and replenish office supplies to create conducive environment for the whole team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You finished at least 2 years in college.
- You can work from Mondays to Saturdays.
- You reside in Antipolo or nearby cities and municipalities.
- You have a positive aura and loves dealing with people.
- You are diligent, flexible, reliable, and results-oriented.
