The specific duties performed and their frequency are to:
- CRM Leads Management
- Checking of new leads daily and sending initial emails.
- Updating of records in the system.
- Conducting regular follow ups with Marketing Managers after assigning them the leads.
- Live Chat Management
- Daily monitoring / answering of enquiries received thru chat / email
- Internship – Lead Generation / Feedback Management
- Updating the list of prospective companies to be contacted for our campuses’ internship program.
- Conducting survey to our graduates as well as current students.
- ECA Philippines’ Social Media Management
- Updating page by posting relevant information and upcoming ECA events.
- Working closely with Social Media Team in Sydney for all updates on all our Social Media platforms.
- Monitoring of messages and replying to enquiries.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Work experience in CRM / Customer Service is an advantage.
- Must have fluent written and spoken English skills.
