Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Trains, coach, leads and motivates the service bay staff to ensure delivery of the customer commitment, execution of standards, service bay presentation, achieving sales and costs targets
- Ensure 100% compliance of all HSC Shell Standards Audits required
- Monitors staff attendance and manning complement
- Issues Job Orders for all vehicles accepted for service. Ensure all job/services performed and parts/materials use or installed by mechanics are accounted for on the Job Order
- Regulating, enforcement and reporting of any violations of station policies, guidelines and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
- Certified in Automotive Technology, Auto Mechanic or any related course
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Has excellent customer service and motivational skills
- Can coach, monitor and train staff
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills
- With professional Driver’s License
