Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and acquirw new clients for Eastern Communication's products and services such as data, voice, internet, and managed services.
- Manage accounts for existing customers and secure long-term partnerships with them.
- Ensure that customers are regularly subscribed to Eastern Communication's services and upsell the company's other services wherever applicable.
- Assist in customers' concerns about Eastern Communication's products and services, as required.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with 5-7 years experience in a systems integrator company or 3-5 years experience in a telecommunication company.
- Proven experience in selling products/services to corporate clients and establishing/maintaining relationships with them.
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Has a consultative/business-partner mindset when approaching customers.
- Able to soft-sell products and services to clients.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Values hard work and has leadership initiative.
