Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of realty taxes and annual payments
- In charge of bank reconciliation
- Preparation of financial statements
- Handles auditing of petty cash
- Will oversee contract assessment as well (works with other department)
- Assist in determining accountabilities, communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies;
- Assist in establishing financial operational strategies by evaluation trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies, designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy/Finance/Banking;
- Preferably 5 years experience in the industry
- With strong knowledge in bookkeeping/taxation and preparation of Financial Statement
- With strong knowlegable in government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR )
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
