Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop systems to organize process or work flow and ensure quality, precision and timeliness of output
- Gathers information for decision making and improvement of process
- Knows Calibration and can perform efficiency verification of truck scale facilities
- Involve stakeholders (customers, peers, and supervisor) in the planning and development of action plans/processes to gain their commitment
- Keeps daily inventory of all available trucks, Updated records of number of trips per hauler and number of trucks dispatched per haulers.
- Establish high standards and measures in managing truck scale facilities
- Knows SAP SD for the freight cost maintenance in the system. Uploading and updating of approved freight cost in the system
- Revise and approved freight cost uploaded in the system before the start of the month
- Monitor, maintain, and organize availability of Fly Ash for Cement Production use
- Meet Sales requirements considering the dispatch plan and allocated volume per dealer
- Match number of delivery orders vs. available number of trucks.
- Process and submit billings to Finance
- Adjust and correct billings in coordination with the Haulers and service providers
- Familiarity in Dispatch allocation plan per Dealer and able to implement the plan strictly and effectively
- Apply and execute good monitoring of available release Sales Order dispatch to customer with correct quantity and quality on time and without delay
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have been in the Logistics, Warehousing and Transport Industry for 5-8 years
- Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office & SAP
- Microsoft Office Training Certification
- Adept on the application and control of Logistics Operations Management, Cost Analysis & Budgeting and Transport & Product Distribution System.
