Duties and responsibilities:
- Consolidation of payroll instructions & check payroll reports
- Monitoring of Attendance
- Validate tax computation
- Creating and overseeing the implementation of benefit packages that are competitive and in keeping with the law. Keeping personnel record systems up-to-date and within the present legislation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Payroll or equivalent.
- Background in SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
