Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage and develop the crusher team employees' such as crusher operator, stacker operator, and equipment area tender to achieve establish goals, safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
- Coordinate with the repair and maintenance of equipment through the maintenance department to ensure continuous working operation.
- Be in-charge of planning and approving work schedule of personnel.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sectional KPIs and Performance Report.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any of the following:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mining/Mineral Engineering
- Any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably a Supervisor of 5 years and up experience specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or any equivalent field.
- Exposure in the Cement, Aggregates, Mining, or related industry (w/ Crushing Process).
- Ability to mentor regarding quarry and crusher equipment's function and principles.
- Able to operate Crusher, Ballmill, roller press, and other equipment around the area.
