Safety Admin  

Job Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance

• Supports the EHS teams in the development, implementation, and monitoring of environmental health and safety programs.
• Participates in EHS site audits, inspections, and routine surveys, including the development and drafting of audit documentation, tracking corrective actions, and monitoring trends in the results of audit activities.

2. People Program

• Conducts safety orientation for employees, visitors, and contractors
• Assists in maintaining, updating, and coordinating company-wide EHS training programs, including the setup and use of training materials and other resources.

3. Records Management

• Assists in the development of technical documents, including EHS procedures, programs, and guidance documents.
• Responsible for maintaining IMS-related information and ensuring the compliance of the Environment team and the Health and Safety team to procedures, guidelines, and the use of the correct forms.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical /Environmental/Health/Safety), or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with job hazard analysis and risk assessment
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field are required for this position.
• Must have a BOSH certificate or equivalent and IMS.
• Preferably with exposure in the cement or power plant industries
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work in San Ildefonso, Bulacan (with free board and lodging provided). 1 full-time position(s) are available.
