Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Checks and monitor manpower billing before payroll upload provided by the manpower agency
- Employee Onboard
- Timekeeping (Schedule upload etc.)
- Coordinate with Contractors on different concerns
- Assist/facilitates company activities such as Outing, Teambuilding, Holy Mass, Company events & etc.
- Assist for Compensation and Benefits process, Government mandatory such as SSS, PagIbig, Philhealth & other processing
- Provide overall support to other HR Facets
- Other duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Has at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Willing to be based in Bulacan
