Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Functional KRA's:
- Equipment Reliability
- Achieve the Target Equipment Reliability Grade for the following: Crushing Plant ,Raw Mill and Coal Mill, Pyro, Finish Mill, Packing Plant
- Familiarity on Plant Electrical System and Facilities
- Electrical Maintenance Cost Management
- Identify Major and Minor Electrical Works during SPS and PMS and detailed schedule of activities
- Asset and Spare Parts Management
- Enforce Good Housekeeping and regular Upkeeping of Substation and various MCC's plant wide
- Records and Documents Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With 8 - 10 years of work experience preferably in the Cement Industry
- A graduate of any engineering course and preferably a licensed engineer
- Has exposure with the following: walk - by equipment inspection and troubleshooting, Mentor VRM and Ball Mill Operation and scheduled plant shutdown
- Must be willing to work in Bulacan (with free board and lodging provided)
