Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Functional KRA's:
- Operation Performance
- Control and direct operation in relation to parameter deviation to eliminate downtime.
- Optimize kiln, raw mill, coal grinding operations
- Equipment Reliability
- Ensure implementation of PMS/SPS production activities with material, personal, and equipment consideration & preparation prior to executions.
- Product Quality
- Apply differ analysis in evaluating feed fluctuation and deviation by reviewing trending and mill operation process.
- Manpower Monitoring
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Cement industry exposure is a must.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable with operation of Kiln, Raw, & Coal Mill.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan (with board and lodging provided)
