Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handled environmental, mining, mergers, and property acquisitions concerns and issues of the company.
- Assist in the corporate housekeeping and legal services, including handling of labor matters, monitoring, and supervision of cases and claims,
- Abreast of recent developments in laws, rules, and regulations relating to and affecting the industry of the company.
- To provide a wide range of legal, labor and corporate services including administrative functions as necessary in the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
- Provide analysis/ strategies and counsels on legal and policy issues
- Prepares contracts and reviews business documents
- Represents the company or its officials in various legal proceedings
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Professional License in law and graduate of reputable School/University.
- Must have at least 5-7 years and up of combined experience in the corporate setting and Law firm
- Experience in environmental law practice, mergers and acquisition is highly preferred
- Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for detail, have exceptionally good problem-solving skills
- Vast experience working on different cases and/or projects as well as experience working at all levels of management
- Demonstrates confidence but remains approachable and relatable
