Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Invoicing Associate is accountable for creating invoices and credit memos and delivering them by all necessary means.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and issue invoices timely and accurately
- Validates and process credit memos
- Track exceptions between delivery and invoice registers
- Maintains customer files
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
- Willing to work on mid-shift schedule
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology is required
- 1-year experience is desired; fresh graduate with good records maybe considered
- Understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of any accounting software is desired (Quickbooks, NAV, SAP)
- Can work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to details
- Willing and able to learn independently and with a team
- Willing to work in Antipolo City
