Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities & Duties
- Receives payments and posts amounts to customer accounts
- Prepares daily bank transaction
- Resolves discrepancies and short payments while still providing good customer service
- Reviews and processes customer refunds and adjustments.
- Notifies delinquent accounts by telephone or through Dunning and Demand Letters
- Verifies compliance of transactions to financial policies and procedures
- Conducts Credit Investigations
- Updates and maintains Collection Database
- Handles ad hoc tasks/projects
- Continuously improves processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- You are a fresh graduate or have a few years of work experience.
- You have strong math skills and a solid understanding of finances.
- You are assertive, confident, creative, resourceful, and a strong negotiator.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power Point.
- You have excellent communication skills and a good sense of organization.
- You are structured, detail- oriented, diligent, reliable, and results- oriented.
- You are highly motivated, self-driven and disciplined
