Quality Management Supervisor  

The QM Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring that the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) conforms to ISO 9001. Moreover, the QM Supervisor is responsible for supporting each Department of the company in writing their policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains the Quality Plan of the company
• Supports departments in writing policies and procedures which will be the basis for departmental Quality Plans
• Gives recommendations for improving current procedures
• Maintains policy manuals by ensuring that all updates, revisions and deletions are recorded
• Implements internal audits regularly in order to monitor effectiveness of QMS
• Identifies non-conformities and recommends corrective and/or preventive actions
• Follows up corrective and/or preventive actions and evaluate their effectiveness
• Performs annual customer survey and supports the concerned department in resolving any unfavorable feedback
• Presents audit and/or survey results and action plans for Management review
• Conducts trainings to ensure that all employees have good understanding of QMS and ISO 9001
• Supervises the QA Specialist in implementing control processes that ensure our products adhere to quality standards
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• College graduate of Management, Engineering or any related course
• At least 5 years working in Quality Management
• Experience in ISO 9001 is required
• Good technical writing skills
• Can communicate across all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
