Tax Compliance Assistant (BOC, NMIS, BAI)

To make sure that E&L Group of Companies is conducting its business in full compliance with all local, national, and international laws/regulations set forth by various regulatory bodies and to ensure that proper documentation is made on various permits, licenses, and corporate documents necessary for E&L to carry out its business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsible for the proper archiving of BOC-related documents (e.g., Import Permits, Import-related documents) and BIR-related documents (e.g., Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Accounts Payable Vouchers)
• Assists in the application and renewal of, including but not limited to, various permits, licenses, certifications in compliance with various government regulations (e.g., BOC, NMIS, BAI, LGUs, SEC, and BIR )
• Responsible for the retrieval of archived records that allow ready retrieval of various required permits, licenses, and corporate documents needed by stakeholders.
• Provide support during regulatory inspections and external audits.
• Other related-duties as assigned

• Must at least be Graduate of 2 year Diploma or Vocational courses.
• Must at least be at least Graduate of Secondary Education (High-School Graduate)
• At least 1 year of working experience in archiving and documenting various government documents
• Must be organized and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently
• Adept computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Willing to work in Antipolo and willing to do field-work
