Treasury Associate  

Processes collections and disbursements for E&L group and affiliates and responsible for maintaining related reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Disbursement processing and collection monitoring
  • Responsible for the payment processing for the Group
  • Closely coordinates with credit and collections and other departments for the regular collection of the group
  • Processes payment preparation and disbursement
• Reports, Documentation and Reconciliation Facilitation
  • Ensures that monitoring schedules and cash flow for the group is updated on a regular basis.
  • Monitors, consolidates, and files all documents related to all payments
• Bank Reconciliation
  • Performs reconciliation for all of the group's bank accounts
• Performing other related functions such as:
  • Verification of daily bank balances
  • Transmittal of APV’s, disbursements, and receipts
  • Assist in the documentation of new procedures and/or updating of existing procedures of th department
• Performing other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;

• Graduate of Accounting and/or Banking and Finance
