Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage all employees of the Human Resource Department. Responsible for performance management and hiring of employees within HR.
- Plan, organize and control activities of the Human Resource Department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Support the management by providing human resource advice and counsel.
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures. Maintain and recommend changes to company handbook.
- Ensure company compliance with local employment laws.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions.
- Administer discipline to employees.
- Perform other duties deemed necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in compensation/benefits, employee relations, timekeeping, and recruitment.
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with labor laws/practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Ability to command respect from co-workers.
- Willing to render overtime if necessary.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
