Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
- Fax, scan, and copy documents
- Type documents and reports
- Greet clients and direct them to the correct staff member
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Coordinate messenger and courier service
- Perform other duties that may be deemed necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking
- Highly organized
- Willing to render overtime if necessary
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm in Cauyan, Isabela
- Ready to start immediately
