Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What will you do as a Recruitment Officer?
- Effectively and efficiently fill open positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source potential candidates via online job portals, graduate lists, newspaper postings, and other sourcing initiatives.
- Man job fairs in Universities and other venues.
- Conduct pre-screening, background check, and initial interviews.
- File 201 documents.
- Perform other related duties that may be deemed necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any equivalent course.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Recruitment.
- Extensive experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in headhunting is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Willing to render overtime if needed.
- Willing to engage in fieldwork (job fairs).
- Can work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Highly organized.
