Lease Marketing Supervisor  

Job Overview

The Lease Marketing Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations, but with a concentration on the leasing, marketing, and tenant relations. The Lease Marketing Supervisor strives for 100% occupancy through retention of existing mall tenants, leasing current availability and pre-leasing of future availability.

General Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Entertain applications and seek out prospective tenants.
• Ensure that assigned units are fully leased out.
• Implement and participate in business planning to increase occupancy and achievement of rental income budget.
• Conduct ocular visits in other branches, specifically in Gaisano Mall GenSan, with Leasing Manager.
• Prepare the Contract of Lease and its renewal.
• Guide and support lessees on their needs and concerns regarding their operations in the establishment.
• Prepare various leasing reports as required by direct superior and/or management.
• Performs all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• At least 2 years work experience related in the field
• Knowledgeable about the position
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
