Technical Assistant  

Reporting directly to the President and CEO provides executive, administrative, and development support to the President. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President. and also serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

• Communicates with the general staff on the President/CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
• Initiate checking and coordination of the plans and all documentation with the designers and contractors.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
• Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Amendable to work in Alabang.
