Corporate Content Writer  

Job Description:

• Creating and editing original copy (bilingual) that is accurate, well-researched for various corporate materials, including website, EDMs, social media post, speech and presentation, including press materials
• Manage content traffic and flow across DOKU corporate platforms based on supervisor direction and lead interaction with content agency
• Actively conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing. Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech payment trends for Enterprise & SMEs, including the applied best practices
• Actively speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs.
• Learning about the target audience for copy.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Ensure all copies are accurate and align with corporate communication objectives, ethical standards and DOKU brand guidelines
• Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content

General Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on corporate content, having experience as a journalist is a plus
• Strong communication, research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as Fintech, Finance, Payments, SMEs, Technology is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Having the ability to write both in Indonesia and English
• Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience
• Attention to detail.
