Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide consultative support to product team on the methods, practices and solutions that achieve the requirements defined by applicable compliance requirements
- Support the development and implementation of regulation awareness training and continuous compliance improvement efforts
- Provide regulatory compliance advice and support to all businesses and functions.
- Obtain necessary license for company’s product and business models
- Engage and maintain strong relationship with regulatory authorities and handle all related enquiries (including regulatory inspections and audits);
- Provide appropriate training and promote compliance culture
- Understand and implement the compliance requirements for all of CDN’s digital products based on relevant regulations
- Drafting, reviewing letters and agreements with government institutions, associations, and other government and regulatory related parties.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree of Law or FISIP. MBA will be value added.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as regulatory affairs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a government related role in the Fintech or Banking industry.
- Preferably have experience coordinating with BI and OJK
- Has an exposure in POJK and PBI
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Has good analytical & research skills
- Must have strategic & critical thinking
- Must have an experience in government correspondence
- Understand the bureaucracy and the culture
