Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Officer role primarily involves billing and collection of key revenue streams for the company
General Responsibilities:
- Managing non-tenant billing creation
- Resolving customer queries
- Distributing scheduled and ad-hoc correspondence including statements and tax invoices
- Management of Debtor Master Data
- Resolving tenant and internal customer queries in accordance with department SLA’s
- Improving department performance against key KPI’s
- Producing monthly reporting to line manager and larger business against collections performance
- Negotiating payment plans
- Escalating collection matters to Property Managers, Senior Management and 3rd Debt and Legal Recovery service providers
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Assistance with audit and controls
- Contribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasks.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course. Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
- Candidates with background in Real Estate Property or Funds Management is an advantage
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage
- Experience in Automated System is an nice to have but not a prerequisite
- Working knowledge in MRI Software is a plus
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift
- Target commencement date for this role is on January 2020
