Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design & develop flexible, scalable, and robust state-of-the-art Customer
- Relationship Management and Practice Care Management systems to meet the dynamic needs using Salesforce:
- Lead estimation efforts, working with developers to scope and business to prioritise
- Analyse business problems and provide technical solutions on the Salesforce platform & connectivity with offline mobile application
- Provide support on issues before, during, and after deployment
- Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior technical resources
- Present different technical options and recommendations including configuration vs. customisation
- Define and implement governing processes based on Salesforce best practices
- Change & Release Management leveraging Agile methodologies
- Incident Management
- Understand the underlying Salesforce architecture and interfacing systems including our website, HRIS system, Microsoft, web services
- Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas with emphasis on serving as a technical lead on development projects with on-shore and off-shore components
- Serve as the bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical developers to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation
- Drive adoption of development methodology best practices
- Identify problem areas (process and technical) and recommend solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive software development and/or tech lead
- experience
- Experience developing in Salesforce Apex & Lightning Component
- frameworks
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications (preferred not
- required)
- Familiarirty with development workflow tool such as Developer Console,
- Workbench, VS Code, and Version Control such as GIT
- Experience doing code reviews to ensure high quality solutions
- Strong foundational Salesforce knowledge including sharing, security, data modeling and declarative workflow development
- Experience with Salesforce.com integration solutions, including SOAP API, REST API, services, and Bulk API.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore technical teams
- Experience with Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard & report design
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle leveraging agile methodologies and the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
