Software Business and Quality Analyst  

Specific Functions:

• Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems and solutions
• Working in an agile environment to deliver continuous software enhancements
• Building rapport and relationships with major business stakeholders
• Conducting user interviews and workshops to understand current business problem statements
• Prioritizing tasks through a value-effort matrix by working with business and developers closely
• Designing and implementing testing plans for systems and products
• Conducting UAT testing and ensuring software solutions satisfy requirements and meet end-user expectations
• Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes
• Providing L1 support to end-users as needed through our internal service desk
• Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and making recommendations Taking initiatives to improve business processes through software solutions
• Investigating customer issues and feedback and looping them back to the software development lifecycle
• Having an overall understanding of systems and business processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a business-related discipline
• At least 2 or more years of experience in a software Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance role
• Withexperience with manual and/or automated application testing
• With extensive computer software knowledge (above-average word processing knowledge, ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, and databases)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to write both business and technical reports and documents
• Able to work in a team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• With good work ethic, ready to absorb best practices from the team
• You have excellent problem-solving skills

Desirable but not required

• With experience working in BA/QA roles for a Salesforce platform
• Audit experience, ISO 9001 preferred
• With working knowledge of databases
• With experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
