Accounts Director  

Major Responsibilities:

• Retain and grow key client accounts by providing strategic direction of accounts and hands-on leadership in the delivery of services
• Set clear performance objectives for all client campaigns; negotiate realistic outcomes and ensure objectives are fully aligned, measurable and achievable within the agreen budget
• Achieve exceptional outcomes for clients and manage an extended portfolio ensuring consistency of service is delivered in line with standards
• Responsible for ensuring excellent client communication at all levels; defining KPIs, deadlines and service agreements
• Set objectives and goals, delegate roles/projects and establish responsibilities for the account management team
• Report to the Managing Directress and Board of Directors the overall performance of the Accounts Department on a regular basis
• Drives and ensures the team's compliance to laws, regulations and internal quality standards related to content, publishing and media, ethical dealings and data privacy
• Develop key partnerships to support campaigns/programs/events
• Manage sensitive issues to maintain company's good reputation
• Manage team deliverables and performance
• Drives the team to be constantly on the lookout for service opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Identify and recommend learning opportunities for the team
• Drive relationship building activities between the Account Management team and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or other related field of studies preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience as an Accounts Director preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in public relations, marketing or related field
• Proficiency in MS Tools, Google apps, Canva.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expert knowledge of social media needs and media relations
• In-depth understanding of web and marketing analytics
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
