Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Live chat, e-mail, data entry
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be fluent in English - both in speaking and writing
- At least 2 years experience for an English speaking account - Property management / real estate account a plus but not required
- At least one year of Live chat experience for an English speaking company
- At least one year of email correspondence experience for an English speaking company
