- Support the Finance Manager in the development of business plan, forecast and budget.
- Consolidate financial data and track performance and financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts/budget.
- Partner with Business Unit heads and support their adhoc data mining and financial analysis requests.
- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, process analysis, and recommend actions to Finance Manager based on sound analysis.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative
- performance and develop forecast models Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

- Monitor and manage collection and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Conduct expense review monthly.
- Manage risk and exposure by ensuring Credit Policy and best practices compliance.
- Establish and carry out escalation procedures to ensure collection of delinquent accounts.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement management systems to improve collection efficiency and achieve collection targets.
- Set objective for Accounts Receivable Team that is aligned with finance department's goals.
- Assist the Treasury supervisor in closing returned and/or bounced checks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work and process large data sets in the reporting and analytics process
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and Office.
