Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The primary function of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to communicate with our customers and provide information about our products. This is a VOICE account- all applicants must be fluent in Mandarin and English .
Sample tasks include:
- Answering customer inquiries (Inbound x Outbound) - Mostly outgoing
- Updating the database through our online portal
- Advising customers if there are any changes/ updates with regards to our products and services
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements for Bilingual Mandarin Call Center Customer Service Rep:
- Proven telephone customer service experience (minimum 1 – 2 years)
- Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- MUST speak clearly and have a pleasant phone manner
- A demonstrated dedication to customer service
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients
- Being organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner
- Bilingual required-Must be able to speak English and Chinese fluently and clearly
