Seeking a Workday Systems Administrator as a key member of our HR IT Systems Team who will partner closely with the HR CoE Leads (HCM, Benefits and Absence), Payroll, and IT teams to provide expert knowledge in implementing, maintaining, and overall administration of the Workday platform including HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, People Analytics. This role will be an essential addition to the HR IT team as we continue to scale our service and delivery model and requires strong knowledge and familiarity with HCM, and preferred knowledge with Global Benefits and Absence processes, as well as strong excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintaining system configuration, data audits, and releases of new functionality for Workday

- Responding quickly to complex situations that arise, resolving technical system issues, while also making recommendations for improvements along the way

- Maintaining system setup and design, including business processes and reporting; inbound and outbound data interfaces/integrations, and dashboards

- Configuring and maintaining security profiles for employees across all companies/locations.

- Working with Information Technology to ensure compliance and related service organizations’ security policies and documenting proper internal security controls

- Partnering with Workday HRIS team and the broader People team on adoption of Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately and as needed

- Reviewing and recommending optimization efforts based on system usage

- Providing technical guidance and training to management, HR, and end-users

- Leading and participating in system integration testing; overseeing and/or developing test scenarios; analyzing the effectiveness and functionality of new configurations to ensure all requirements are met

- Developing functional configuration for new and/or updates and enhancements to existing modules

- Leveraging Workday Community/support and experiential knowledge to resolve complex escalation points

- Collaborate with global benefits team to enhance the Benefits module with new setup or new functionality globally, including but not limited to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Germany, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia

- Manage Absence Management configurations globally

- Generate detailed documentation of all configuration changes or upgrades deployed

- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Kualifikasi Minimum

- Minimum of 3 years of working experience configuring HCM and/or Benefits and Absence in Workday

- At least 2 years of progressive working experience in enterprise HRIS applications (business process configuration, reporting, security administration, etc.)

- Preferred understanding of Workday Benefits plans and setup, annual enrollment and other processes

- Proven ability and experience to translate business requirements to system configuration

- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing duties during periods of high volume to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and establish strong working relationships

- Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
