Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Official Title: Attorney IV
Salary Grade: SG23
- Acts as assistant to the Chief of Div. in the performance of his duties as RIPS Legal Counsel;
- Helps in the preparation of legislation for RIPS and directs the preparation of office orders, circulars and memoranda;
- Under direction, assists the Chief of Division in representing RIPS before judicial or administrative bodies;
- Prepares legal comments on policies and procedures of RIPS;
- Acts as Legal Counsel in the absence of the Division Chief;
- Supervises the preparation of decisions and ruling prepared by subordinate administrative officials and,
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor of Laws degree
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have at least 8 hours of relevant training
