Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee day to day works as required in accordance with plans and specifications as provided in the contract of every project implemented.
- Review site safely plan, carries out site and safety inspections during construction, documents findings and implements recommendation for improvement.
- Organize and participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules, complete inspection checklists.
- Prepare monthly and phase reports on time, cost and EHS.
- Supervise and monitor every ongoing project.
- Conduct project inspection and prepare detailed progressive accomplishment
- Perform related functions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably licensed Engineer.
- At least three (3) years related experience in construction planning activities
- Strategic planning
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
- Creative, forward thinker.
- Coaching and leadership skills
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.
